2010 Cottage Rates
Weekly Rated based on two persons:
- $550.00 to 775.00 per week.
- $65.00 to $80.00 for each additional person.
Reservation Policy:
A deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm your reservation. Our receipt of your deposit guarantees that space is reserved for you. In return you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable - less a $25.00 handling fee if notice is received 60 days proir to arrival, OR under 60 days if we can re-rent your space on the same basis, OR can be applied to a later reservation.
Pet Policy:
Reservations are required. Out of respect for other guests, pets are required to be leashed at all times, attended to, and picked up after while on the Resort grounds. A portable kennel for your pet is encouraged. There will be a charge of $75.00 per week or $15.00 per pet.
